Comments are designed as brief commentaries on the readings from theRevised Common Lectionary suitable for any adult who wants to understand thelessons for the week. Each lesson has a brief commentary, with a link to the biblicaltext, and a brief outline of the whole biblical book.
Legal Knowledge and Skill - 1 In determining whether a lawyer employs the requisite knowledge and skill in a particular matter, relevant factors include the relative complexity and specialized nature of the matter, the lawyer's general experience, the lawyer's training and experience in the field in question, the preparation and study the lawyer is able to give the matter and whether it is.
I need some examples so I know what it means. Like someone writes '+1 for mentioning something'. What exactly is this person saying? Is it like upvote or like when you can't click on a button? 'The Spirit who broods over the primordial waters descends on Jesus in the waters of the Jordan and names him 'Beloved.' That same Spirit then drives him out into the wilderness, the wild and wasteland (Mark 1:12).'
